Welcome to AHIS!

The purchase of a home is one of the largest and most important investments you will make. The process can be exciting, but can also be extremely overwhelming.

Our home inspection is very comprehensive, up to three hours is spent at the property. The home inspection report is filled out on-site. It will inform you on the day of inspection of any visible defects the consultant can identify and any areas that may be of concern from the foundations to the roof.  We will also estimate how urgently they need to be attended to.

Our pre-purchase building Inspection will give you an unbiased report of the home.

Does your prospective purchase look like the perfect home for you?
It may well be, it may also have serious or unknown defects. For this reason it is important for you to have peace of mind when you make that decision.
A pre-purchase building inspection is a visual examination of the physical structure and systems of the building. A pre-purchase building inspection seeks to determine its condition.

AHIS has over 35 years experience in the building industry. We have the knowledge and experiences to enable you make an informed decision about the property you intend to purchase. Buy Subject to our Inspection Report
Quite often our clients sign the purchase agreement subject to our pre-purchase building inspection report. This has the effect of reserving the house of your choice but still leaving you with the option of withdrawal in the event of an unsatisfactory report.
